Payment Timing:

Location
Enter the Church Driveway: Turn into the driveway of the church complex.
Follow the Fence Line: On your left, until it ends, just before you reach the first large tree.
Find the Steps: On your left, you’ll see an undercover balcony at the back of the house—this is my entrance.
Wait Outside: When I am finished with any prior students I will come out to get you.
Parking & Transport Options:
You’re welcome to park inside the church car park.
If you prefer public transport, there are trams and trains within easy walking distance.
Cancellation Policy
Lessons are scheduled as a regular weekly recurrence all year round, including public holidays.
If you need to CANCEL OR CHANGE a lesson, please provide a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
- Missed lessons without notice are considered a no-show — the full fee applies and the lesson is forfeited.
- The policy applies to all circumstances, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
- In-person and online lessons are not interchangeable.
- Once a lesson time is confirmed the cancellation policy applies.
- With sufficient notice (24+ hours) an alternative lesson time can be rescheduled.
- Out of courtesy, please provide as much notice as possible for any changes.
- If you wish to stop lessons, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice so your place can be thoughtfully filled.
- Please know that reschedules often rely on a community team effort— a spirit of give and take, where we all help each other by swapping when possible.
