This ensures clear records and helps avoid any mix-ups.

Payment Timing
Kindly settle payments 24 hours before each lesson to keep your account up to date and prevent any outstanding balances.

Payment Options
Setting up auto-payments in advance allows you to easily cancel if needed, or you can use the automatic email reminders as a prompt to pay manually.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Changes

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson, applicable to all circumstances.

  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Missed lessons without notice are considered a no-show and are forfeited.

  • Once a lesson is cancelled, it cannot be reversed.


Scope of Policy

  • This policy applies at all times.

  • Reminder emails constitute sufficient notice of scheduled lessons.

  • In-person and online lessons are not interchangeable on the day of the lesson.


Ongoing Bookings

  • Lessons are booked as a regular weekly time and are held year-round, including public holidays.

  • Repeated late cancellations or missed lessons may result in the loss of your designated lesson time.

  • If you wish to discontinue lessons, two weeks’ notice is required.

Communication

  • All lesson communication is managed via email only to ensure clarity and accurate record keeping.

  • My phone number is reserved for personal use.
